At CORDOVA, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a seamless return process for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
